HBTC has several options for service coverage. Read below for the options available.


Does HBTC accept insurance?
YES! We accept most major health care plans. It is wise to verify your coverage and benefit before your services are rendered. Allow us to verify for you. Does HBTC offer finance options?
YES! We are partners with Care Credit to provide a convenient way to pay for the care you want and need today! Simply click the link under "Care Credit" to apply.


What if I don’t want to apply for credit?
No problem, HBTC now offers a "IN-HOUSE FINANCING" option. You must have a valid checking account or credit card and ID to qualify. Simply call our office for more details.


Are there any other payment options available?
Absolutely, HBTC accepts all major credit cards. Additionally, we accept apple pay, android pay, and cash. No checks, please.

Flexible Spending Account
You may use your flexible spending benefits to purchase a wig when medically necessary. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Wage Works Account Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan.
Veteran Benefit Services

National Alopecia Areata Foundation
The National Alopecia Areata Foundation offers a grant to help financially disadvantaged women receive a cranial prosthesis at no cost. To be eligible to receive a financial grant from NAAF, you will need to meet the following qualifications.
1. Be financially disadvantaged & cannot afford a cranial prosthesis without financial assistance.
2. Have not received a grant from NAAF within the past 12 months.
3. Must have alopecia.
